Our healthcare center is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We also offer limited Saturday hours from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM for urgent care appointments. Emergency services are available 24/7 through our partner hospital network.

Yes, new patients need to complete our registration process. You can register online through our patient portal or arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete the paperwork. Please bring a valid ID and your insurance information.

Our multilingual staff speaks Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish. We also provide professional interpretation services for other languages with advance notice. Please inform us of your language preference when scheduling your appointment.

For urgent appointments, please call during business hours.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need care. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Yes, we offer secure video consultations for follow-up appointments, medication reviews, and certain types of consultations. Telemedicine appointments are available through our patient portal and are covered by most insurance plans.

You can access your medical records through our secure patient portal 24/7. This includes test results, appointment summaries, medication lists, and treatment plans. You can also request paper copies by contacting our medical records department.
